Dream Life Investors, LLC is a real estate investment firm founded by Aaron Andersen and Nikki Closser. We help our clients gain superior risk-adjusted returns through acquiring commercial multi-family properties.  Dream Life projects are comprised of investors looking for both strong cash flow and equity growth. The properties we purchase are done so with strict criteria and are then managed properly and efficiently in order to distribute a return to our investors.

Investing in real estate provides tax benefits and investing in multifamily magnifies it! This happens both with the ability to accelerate depreciation and the to shelter cash flow. Also, unlike with regularly earned income, where one must spend money to get deductions, real estate syndication investors get to use deductions like depreciation to reduce taxable income, which can reduce taxes owed in a big way.

We purchase multi-family cash-flowing, but under performing, properties. We force the appreciation and maximize the value of each building. Properties are then refinanced or sold and profits from the refinance or sale are divided up amongst the investors. You can choose to reinvest into our next fund or take a full payout.
